Your last Room Tone ever. Sort of.
There comes a time to make a choice in life. A wise man with a beautiful beard once said that we should know when to hold them and know when to fold them. And right now, after three months of issues every Wednesday, the Room Tone project will live on as a regular part of the man Blog of Hilarity site.
The vision for Room Tone was a noble one. We wanted to have great writers doing their thing however they saw fit. From the creative things like our little Collaborative Fiction and Photojournalism to the great work of some of the writers we picked up along the way, this was a great experience for your Editorial/Publishing team of TL and CS.
But now, Room Tone will take its staff to the cruel world known as the Blog of Hilarity, aka that domain you're on right now technically but not really. What does it mean to you? Not much. All it means is that you can check some of your favorite writers from here on the main site. Many will be writing weekly, some even more than that hopefully. This way, you're getting something new everyday instead of expecting you (or harassing you on Facebook) to come once a week. It's more of a content move more than anything. And you'll get your fix there daily from your Room Tone writing team rather than just once a week.
But to the task at hand, the final issue of Room Tone, we have:
--CD's beloved "I'll Take Manhattan"

--KM's got kitties on the brain
--CS is a scumbag. No shit.
--And the debuting NEWS BRIEF! Your week in humorous illustrations and text.
